Job summary

Qarbon Aerospace, Inc. in Red Oak, TX is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer 3 to enhance composite fabrication processes and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

You will work with production operators and engineers to implement DFMA-informed solutions and ensure timely, high-quality parts. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 6–9 years of aerospace manufacturing experience, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, manufacturing, or aerospace engineering with 6–9 years in aerospace composites manufacturing.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident per ITAR guidelines; no visa sponsorship.
• On-site role at Red Oak, TX facility; requires physical presence.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing of composite components and assemblies to meet delivery timelines.
• Analyze engineering designs in new product introduction and suggest design improvements.
• Develop manufacturing plans, operations sequence, tooling, and quality inspection plans.
