Qarbon Aerospace in Red Oak, TX, is seeking a bond/assembly technician to bond composites and metal parts, read blueprints, and verify product quality. The role requires 3–5 years of experience, US citizenship or permanent residence, and 100% onsite presence.

The successful candidate will operate bonding equipment, prepare parts, and maintain documentation; an active clearance is preferred. The position offers benefits and a stable manufacturing environment in Red Oak, TX.

Formación

• Must be a US Citizen or a Permanent resident (Green Card) per ITAR guidelines.
• This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship or for foreign persons per ITAR.
• 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Pay rate range: $21.89 – $29.15 (depending on years of experience).
• 100% onsite presence required.
• Active security clearance preferred; candidates without an active clearance may be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Bond a variety of dissimilar materials into semi-finished or finished products and verify quality.
• Read blueprints, lay out articles, cut parts to size, and apply bonding agents.
• Operate and set up tools and equipment; verify cutter depth and machine references.
• Prepare and align fixtures, load programs, and monitor shop-floor equipment.
• Fabricate shop aids and ensure proper measurement with calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Perform daily maintenance checks and recordkeeping; train and assist other employees as needed.
