Aufgaben

• Bond a variety of dissimilar materials (composite, metal, or laminate) assemblies, parts, skins, components, equipment or structures into semi-finished or finished products.
• Lay out articles, read blueprint, cut parts or materials to size.
• Apply liquid or solid bonding agents; sand, burr and smooth edges; seal edges.
• Monitor and verify quality of finished product; perform repairs on bonded products as needed.
• Select, install and align cutters; set feeds, speeds and depths; load and verify part programs.
• Operate and inspect computer-controlled equipment and tools used to process bond details and bond assemblies.
• Maintain records and assist other employees as needed.
