Job summary

Euro-Composites is seeking a Sales Engineer to join our aerospace-focused team. You will translate customer needs into innovative composite solutions, working with engineering, quality, and production to meet high standards and propel client projects.

The role emphasizes technical advisory, collaboration across departments, and ongoing involvement with material quoting and new product introductions. ITAR-controlled facility requires U.S. persons (citizen or permanent resident).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Experience in composites manufacturing or similar advanced manufacturing environments.
• Working knowledge of GD&T principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop quotations in response to customer RFQs.
• Analyze manufacturing processes to develop pricing structures.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and sales teams to drive outcomes.
• Support new product introductions.
• Assist in managing technical milestones, timelines, and deliverables for customer programs.
• Quote new materials with procurement.
