Qualifications

• Read and interpret engineered drawings.
• Follow precise processes and maintain quality standards.
• Operate multiple types of hand tools and precision measuring tools.
• Work well independently and in a team environment.
• Wear required PPE and handle materials safely.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand company engineered drawings.
• Set up and operate production machinery, cutting equipment, saws and precision measuring tools.
• Prepare materials and ensure materials are used and handled appropriately.
• Measure, mark, and cut materials with precision.
• Ensure finished product meets quality standards and specifications.
• Keep track of supply inventory.
• Assist with packaging and labeling finished products as needed.
• Maintain clean and safe work area.
• Perform routine equipment checks and preventive maintenance.
• Assist in continuous improvement activities to enhance process efficiency and product quality.
• Provide assistance to other team members as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
