Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read and understand company engineered drawings.
• Proficient at the use of templates and precision measuring tools.
• Ability to operate multiple types of hand tools and precision measuring tools.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand company engineered drawings.
• Sets up and operates production machinery, cutting equipment, saws and precision measuring tools.
• Prepares and ensures materials are used and handled appropriately.
• Measures, marks, and cuts materials with precision.
• Ensures finished products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Keeps track of supply inventory.
• Assists with packaging and labeling finished products as needed.
• Maintains clean and safe work area.
• Performs routine equipment checks and preventive maintenance.
• Assists in continuous improvement activities to enhance process efficiency and product quality.
• Provides assistance to other team members as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
