Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience (aerospace manufacturing preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Willingness to work overtime
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; Outlook email
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple duties and priorities
• 9/80 workweek schedule
• Salary range: $23.00/hour – $28.00/hour (California only)

Responsibilities

• Layup and cure composite parts using prepregs and other materials
• Assemble, demold, bond components, and perform finishing steps
• Use hand and power tools and measurement devices in production
• Follow instructions and travelers; ensure quality documentation
• Maintain traceability records and logs for materials
• Support process improvements and lean manufacturing initiatives
• Maintain tools and equipment and keep work areas clean
• Deliver parts to subsequent operations and manage flow
