Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of manufacturing/assembly/composite fabrication experience; aerospace preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Layup and cure composite parts using prepreg fabrics and materials.
• Assemble, demold, bond components; finish by sanding and cleaning.
• Operate hand and power tools; follow instructions and travelers.
• Maintain production logs and material traceability.
• Ensure material shelf-life compliance and document non-conformances.
• Support process improvement and lean initiatives.
