Job summary

Aerospace Fasteners in California is seeking skilled operators for 1st and 2nd shifts to perform complete machine setups on cold heading and nut forming equipment. You will adjust dies and tooling, operate multi-station equipment, and ensure dimensional tolerances are met.

Ideal candidates have experience with blueprints, precision measuring tools, and aerospace fastener production. Overtime opportunities exist and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in cold heading/cold forming/nut forming.
• Ability to perform complete machine setups independently.
• Experience reading blueprints and tight tolerances.
• Proficiency with micrometers, calipers, gauges, and precision inspection tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete machine setups on cold heading/nut forming equipment.
• Set and adjust dies, punches, and forming tooling.
• Operate and monitor multi-station forming equipment.
• Make machine and tooling adjustments during production.
• Troubleshoot forming, tooling, and production issues; read blueprints.
