Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Polymer Science/Engineering.
• 2–3 years of coatings industry experience.
• 2–3 years of laboratory experience with epoxy and urethane systems.
• Strong critical-thinking and data-analysis skills.
• Ability to tailor communications and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Identify Aerospace coatings needs and collaborate with internal technical teams and strategic vendors to explore and develop new technologies and products with commercial impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver key technical projects and provide timely, technically sound solutions to challenges of moderate complexity.
• Evaluate materials, solve technical problems, and develop formulations to support new-product development.
• Design and execute experiments, analyze results clearly and accurately, draw conclusions from observations and data, and recommend next steps.
• Communicate results and project status effectively through verbal and written updates.
