Job summary

Advanced Ceramic Coatings, LLC is seeking a senior engineer to develop and optimize end-to-end fluid-based coating processes for the aerospace market, including formulation, size reduction, mixing, dispersion, and filtration of slurries. You will work on spray, dip, spin, and related application systems, maintaining equipment and validating processes to ensure quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Materials, Mechanical or Robotic Engineering is required.
• Lean, TPS and Six Sigma knowledge is required.
• New Product / Process Introduction experience required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with technical managers.

Responsibilities

• Act as lead technical reference for materials, coatings, and assembly applications.
• Collaborate with Plant, Production, Engineering and Quality to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Lead initiatives to improve quality, cycle time and cost within responsible areas.
• Develop and maintain documented process for Product Realization, IQ/OQ/PQ, TPM.
• Mentor staff and support daily production and New Product/Process Introduction.
