Job summary

Advanced Ceramic Coatings, LLC. (ACC) in Duncan, SC seeks a Senior Process Engineer to develop and optimize end-to-end fluid-based coating processes for aerospace applications.

You will lead formulation, mixing, dispersion, and filtration, implement DOE, validate with performance tests, and scale improvements to production while mentoring staff. Travel to Italy may be required; strong collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Materials, Mechanical or Robotic Engineering.
• Ten+ years of proven knowledge and experience in Engineering and Manufacturing.
• Lean, TPS, and/or Six Sigma knowledge and application is required.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as lead technical reference for coatings and materials.
• Ensure on-time, within-budget product realization and customer satisfaction.
• Mentor ACC staff in technical areas to support production and NPI.
• Improve quality, cycle time, and cost through Lean methodologies.
• Collaborate with Plant, Engineering, and Quality to optimize production flow.
