Job summary

TurbineAero, Inc. is seeking a Coating Operator/Chemical Stripping for aerospace production. You will operate coating furnaces and related equipment, load and unload parts, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities include handling coating powders, reading drawings, and wearing PPE. Two years’ experience and a high school diploma are required, with aerospace experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with similar equipment and processes.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
• Must pass Fit Test and wear respirator and required PPE.

Responsibilities

• Operate coating furnaces and associated equipment.
• Load/unload parts and start/end coating runs.
• Pack parts into tooling and fill with coating powders.
• Perform quality control analyses and identify variations.
• Follow hazardous material handling and emergency procedures.
• May work in other departments to support production flow.
