Job summary

TurbineAero is seeking a Coating Operator for aerospace production. You will operate coating furnaces and related equipment, handle coating powders, and assist in loading and unloading parts for processing. The role requires diligent adherence to procedures and safety standards.

Two years of experience with similar equipment is preferred; high school diploma or GED is required. Willingness to work in a manufacturing setting with potential exposure to noise and heat is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with similar equipment.
• Must be able to read and interpret mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Operate coating furnaces and related equipment.
• Load/unload parts and pack into tooling.
• Prepare and handle coating powders.
• Perform unloading of parts from tooling and demasking masked parts.
• Follow safety procedures and assist with other production tasks as needed.
