ERG Aerospace Corporation in Oakland, CA seeks a hands-on Machine Shop Supervisor to lead the floor, develop machinists, and turn complex aerospace parts from prototype into repeatable production. You will run daily CNC work on mills, lathes and 5-axis machines, hire and coach the team, partner with Engineering on how parts should be made, and ensure quality, safety and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years machining and supervisory experience, strong blueprint reading, and AS9100

Qualificações

• 7+ years machining experience and supervision
• CNC programming for mill, lathe, and 5-axis
• Blueprint reading and applying machining knowledge to improve design
• Proficiency with manual inspection gages
• Experience documenting CNC programs, setup sheets, and shop docs

Responsabilidades
