The ideal candidate has 7+ years in aerospace CNC, mastery of Mastercam or Fusion 360, and strong DFMe/DFM skills, AS9100 compliance, and ITAR awareness.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of aerospace CNC machining experience.
• Strong CNC programming and setup expertise.
• Proficiency with Mastercam or Fusion 360.
• Deep knowledge of G-code, GD&T, and aerospace tolerancing.
• Experience in AS9100/AS9102 environments.
• ITAR-compliant US person required.
• Ability to estimate machining time and materials for quotes.

Responsabilités

• Assign work and maximize throughput.
• Analyze blueprints and models to determine manufacturability and quotes.
• Develop/update manufacturing router sequences and BOMs.
• Select tooling and machine allocation for 2- to 5-axis machines.
• Collaborate with QA, production, and sales to ensure DFMe (DFM) techniques.
• Program CNC mill and lathe operations; perform first article setups.
• Train operators on setup sheets and safe operation of new programs.
• Maintain revision control for CNC programs and tooling instructions.
• Conduct first article inspections and in-process checks.
