Job summary

Pave Talent is recruiting for a CNC Programmer/Machinist in Covina, CA, to own parts from CAD to proven G-code on multi‑axis mills and live‑tooling lathes. You will work with aerospace materials and support AS9100/NADCAP standards.

Expect four 10‑hour days, Fridays off, and collaboration with engineering on travelers and tooling. 5+ years in CNC, 3+ years Mastercam programming, and GD&T proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CNC machining and setup experience.
• 3+ years programming in Mastercam.
• Experience with live-tooling mill-turns and 5-axis programming.
• GD&T understanding and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Program multi-axis mills and live-tooling lathes in Mastercam (2025/2026).
• Model and review parts in SolidWorks from CAD drawings (GD&T).
• Set up, run simulations, and prove out NC code on HAAS, Brother Speedio, Tsugami Swiss.
• Improve run times and tool paths in collaboration with engineering.
• Support AS9100/NADCAP compliance and continuous improvement.
