Job summary

RTCA, a precision aerospace and defense manufacturer in Sumner, WA, is seeking a CNC Operator I-III for swing shift (M-Th, 3:15pm-1:45am). You will safely operate CNC equipment, load/unload parts, and perform basic inspections to ensure high-quality aerospace components.

You will join a hands-on team that values initiative, attention to detail, and safe work practices, with training provided to learn machines, processes, and shop procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or machine operation environment.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and routers.
• Ability to use standard measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer/data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate CNC equipment and monitor machines during production.
• Load and unload parts; verify quality through basic inspections.
• Maintain accurate production records and keep the work area clean and organized.
• Communicate issues to support a smooth workflow and safety practices.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
