Job summary

RTCA in Fife, WA is seeking a CNC Operator I-III to safely operate CNC equipment and produce high-quality aerospace parts. You will receive hands-on training on our machines and processes, building confidence and skill in a fast-paced shop environment.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, inspections, recording production data, maintaining safety, and collaborating with machinists and quality teams to uphold performance standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow work instructions, routers, and basic production documentation.
• Ability to use standard measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC equipment safely and monitor machines during production.
• Load and unload parts, verify quality through basic inspections.
• Maintain accurate production records and a clean, organized work area.
