Job summary

RTCA in Sumner, WA is seeking a CNC Operator on a swing shift to safely operate CNC equipment and produce high‑quality aerospace parts. You will learn machines, parts, and shop processes with hands‑on training, building confidence and skills while contributing to efficient production.

The role requires attention to detail, basic math, and the ability to stand for long periods. Onsite work, with shift hours Monday–Thursday in the swing shift, offers growth within a precision manufacturing team.

Qualifications

• Read and follow work instructions, routers, and basic production documentation.
• Use standard measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate CNC equipment and monitor machines during production.
• Load and unload parts, perform basic inspections, and maintain records.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures and communicate issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
