The Gill Corporation-Maryland is seeking a CNC Operator to perform precision machining on aerospace-grade honeycomb and composite core materials. You will operate multi-axis CNC milling equipment and industrial saws to produce components meeting strict tolerances and specifications.

Candidates should have at least two years of CNC experience, be able to read engineering drawings, set up machines, monitor operations, and perform basic maintenance.

Qualifikationen

• Two (2) years of CNC experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience performing three- and five-axis NC machining of metallic or composite products.
• Exposure to close tolerance work with calipers or micrometers.
• Must have English reading, writing and verbal communication skills.

• Operate CNC machining equipment and industrial saws to required dimensions and tolerances.
• Set up machines by mounting and aligning workpieces, fixtures, and tooling.
• Load CNC programs from machine controllers or databases.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and planning sheets.
