Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related experience in CNC machining.

• Strong blueprint reading and inspection skills.
• Aerospace experience preferred but not required for strong machinists.
• Positive attitude, dependable attendance, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC grinding and milling equipment.
• Machine high-precision aerospace components to strict tolerances.
• Read blueprints, use precision measuring equipment, and adjust tooling/offsets.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Tool Room to improve processes.
