Job summary

Motive Workforce in Olathe, KS is seeking a CNC Machinist / Developer to help build the future of aerospace manufacturing. Enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

You will optimize machining processes, develop macros, and support production from setup through validation. Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations to drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.

Qualifications

Experience in CNC machining and aerospace industry.
Ability to optimize machining processes.
Proven troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of CNC machining operations from setup through process optimization.
Test, validate, and optimize CNC programs, fixtures, tooling, and processes.
Develop custom macros to support advanced machining operations.
Load parts, operate CNC centers, inspect components, and perform deburring as needed.
Collaborate with Programming to optimize cutting parameters and improve machining performance.
Assist Engineering, Quality and Operations in driving continuous improvements.
Support the successful launch of new production parts with machining procedures.
