Job summary

Motive Workforce in Olathe, KS, is seeking a CNC Machine Operator / Operator‑In‑Training to join our aerospace manufacturing team. You’ll train on precision CNC equipment, load materials, monitor operations, and inspect components to ensure quality.

Starting pay ranges from $20/hour for training, with shifts offering night differentials of +$2 or +$4 and progression to CNC Operator at $26/hour and CNC Machinist at $30/hour.

Qualifications

• Paid training for individuals with little or no CNC experience.
• Ability to read work instructions and follow precision processes.
• Willingness to work night shifts and learn on the job.

Responsibilities

• Operate precision CNC machining equipment after training.
• Load materials and monitor machining operations.
• Inspect finished components using precision measuring tools.
• Perform deburring and quality checks.
• Read work instructions and maintain production standards.
• Help manufacture complex aerospace components used around the world.
