Job summary

You will collaborate with Engineering and Programming to optimize cutting parameters and drive continuous improvement, delivering parts that meet OEM standards and quality benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC machines with precision and consistency.
• Ability to read and interpret machine manuals and specifications.
• Familiarity with OEM standards and quality benchmarks.

Responsibilities

• Own the full scope of CNC Machining responsibilities from setup to part inspection.
• Interpret complex manuals to write custom macros and support advanced machining techniques.
• Load parts, operate controls, machine and inspect components, deburr as needed, ensuring process adherence.
• Provide clear feedback to Engineering, Quality, and Operations to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Programming to fine-tune cutting parameters for optimal performance.
• Lead onboarding of new parts by implementing procedures and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest machining technologies and innovations.
• Troubleshoot machine issues, adjust settings, and verify performance to meet OEM standards.
• Uphold and exceed Orizon’s quality benchmarks to surpass customer expectations.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned to support the team.
