Ideal candidates have 5+ years in CNC machining, strong tooling knowledge, and the ability to troubleshoot while maintaining high quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T.
• Strong understanding of tooling, workholding, feeds, and speeds.
• Experience making setup adjustments and troubleshooting machining issues.
• Ability to inspect your own work using precision measuring equipment.
• English language proficiency and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and repair documentation.
• Set work offsets, tool offsets, and wear compensation.
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections.
• Machine close-tolerance aerospace components.
• Troubleshoot tooling, setup, and machining issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
