Job summary

Intellectt Inc. is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist for night shift in Terre Haute, IN. The role focuses on programming, setting up, and operating multi‑axis CNC machines to manufacture complex aerospace components using DMG Mori, Mazak, and Doosan equipment.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of hands-on CNC programming and production machining, with NX programming, Vericut, and probing systems experience. AS9100 familiarity and independent problem-solving are required.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years CNC programming and production machining experience.
• Hands-on experience machining complex aerospace components.
• Experience with DMG Mori, Mazak, and Doosan CNC machines.
• Proficiency in multi-axis CNC machining, NX programming, Vericut, and probing systems.
• Experience operating EDMs, lathes, and profile grinders.
• Working knowledge of AS9100 standards.
• Machinist certification, technical degree, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work independently and support process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate multi-axis CNC machines for aerospace components.
• Operate DMG Mori, Mazak, and Doosan equipment including EDMs and lathes.
• Interpret drawings and specs to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Develop CNC programs using NX, Vericut, and probing systems.
• Review tooling setups and propose improvements.
• Support process development, validation, and continuous improvement.
