Job summary

Delva Tool and Machine in Cinnaminson, NJ is seeking a Machinist I/II for the second shift to run Haas CNC mills and lathes, load/unload parts, and ensure smooth production within 90 days. You will read travelers, measure parts with calipers and micrometers, deburr, and maintain a clean, safe shop floor.

Machinist II requires 3+ years of CNC experience, ability to read drawings with GD&T, and familiarity with offsets and tooling changes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; ability to read written work instructions and travelers.
• 3+ years CNC machining for Machinist II; ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T callouts.
• Experience with Haas equipment and measurement tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate Haas CNC mills and lathes on second shift, loading/unloading parts and monitoring cycles.
• Follow traveler work instructions to produce conforming parts the first time.
• Measure own work with calipers, micrometers, and gauges and flag issues early.
• Deburr, clean, and prep parts for inspection and keep area clean and safe.
• Assist newer operators and adjust offsets or tooling as needed for Machinist II.
