Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist with aerospace and precision machine shop background for an on-site, full-time role in Garden Grove, CA. This 2nd shift position offers stability and opportunities to support a growing production environment.

Responsibilities include setting up equipment, developing and modifying programs for multi-axis milling (3- to 5-axis), reading technical drawings, and collaborating with shop personnel to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience with multi-axis milling (3,4,5 axis).
• Assist with equipment setup, initial production activities, including troubleshooting and program adjustments.
• Develop and modify CNC programs to support a variety of manufacturing processes and equipment types.
• Collaborate with shop personnel to improve and standardize processes, tooling, and work methods.
• Maintain organized control of program files, digital models, documentation, and related records.

Responsibilities

• Assist with equipment setup, initial part verification, and optimization of CNC machining processes across multi-axis milling operations.
• Develop and modify programs to support a variety of manufacturing processes and equipment types.
• Collaborate with shop personnel to improve and standardize processes, tooling, and work methods.
