Job summary

Delva Tool & Machine in Cinnaminson, NJ, seeks skilled machinists to operate CNC lines including Mazak 5-axis horizontals, reading complex prints, and inspecting parts with calipers and micrometers. Level I welcomes entry-level with strong precision mindset; Level II requires 3+ years and GD&T proficiency.

Two shifts available; competitive pay of $20.00-$30.00/hr plus medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and PTO. 8200+

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years CNC machining experience (Level II).
• Ability to read GD&T and setup multi-axis jobs.
• Proven track record of zero MRB events from operator error.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines (Vertical Mills, Lathes, Swiss Lathes, Mazak 5-axis) safely and independently.
• Read prints and traveler instructions; perform in-process inspection and log results.
• Troubleshoot tool wear, chatter, and dimensional drift; maintain tolerances within +/- .0005".
