United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist (RAPTOR) in Hawthorne, CA to operate CNC machines and produce flight hardware for production goals. The role includes deburring, thread chasing, inspection, borescope checks, labeling, and weekly maintenance on state-of-the-art assets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines and produce flight hardware to meet production goals.
• Deburr hardware and ensure timely deliveries to downstream customers.
• Chase machine threads to size and inspect surfaces and edges.
• Perform borescope checks to detect internal defects or debris.
• Operate line equipment, laser marking, and finish parts per requirements.
• Perform weekly and monthly CNC maintenance.
• Maintain shop areas and 5S housekeeping.
• Document processes with work instructions and test plans.
• Set up precision CNC machines on state‑of‑the‑art assets.
• Prioritize daily work to maximize machine uptime.
• Manage cutting tools and tool loading for upcoming jobs.
