NTA, Inc. in Huntsville, AL is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with 2+ years of precision milling and turning experience to join our aerospace-focused shop. You will read drawings, program and run 3,4, and 5 axis machines, and participate in tight tolerance part inspection to ensure GD&T conformance.

Responsibilities include estimating tooling time, selecting setups, and maintaining shop capabilities while collaborating with engineering. U.S. citizenship or security clearance is required.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required; Associate’s degree in Precision Machining and CNC Technology preferred.
• Ability to program, set up, and independently operate CNC mills and lathes.
• Experience with tight tolerances and complicated part setup.
• Understanding of HAAS and Makino machine interfaces.
• Ability to program and run 4th and 5th axis mill parts.
• Ability to read/interpret drawings, blueprints, and sketches.
• Strong understanding of GD&T and quality inspection standards.
