Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a CNC Lathe Machinist for an onsite role in California to produce parts according to drawings and CNC programs. Under supervision, you will set up, operate, and adjust CNC lathes, read blueprints, and perform in-process inspections, aiming for first article acceptance and continuous process improvement.

The position offers a pay range of $30-$38 per hour DOE and a benefits package including health coverage, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience setting up and operating CNC lathes.
• Ability to read and interpret CNC programs and blueprints.
• Experience with first article and in-process inspection.
• Knowledge of AS9100, 5S, Lean, Six Sigma is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and adjust CNC lathe machines per drawings.
• Perform in-process quality inspections and maintain records.
• Identify process improvements to reduce part variation.
• Assist and train less-experienced machinists.
• Input data into visual management forms and report results.
