Job summary

Polamer Precision Inc. seeks an experienced CNC 5-Axis Center Machine Operator on full-time daytime and weekend shifts. Responsibilities include operating Mazak machines, setting up for production, inspecting parts against blueprints, and troubleshooting issues on complex aerospace components.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in aerospace CNC work, strong math and blueprint-reading skills, and fluent English communication for a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of aerospace industry experience with CNC setup and operation.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings to specification.
• Strong shop mathematics and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Vertical/Horizontal Milling machines, 3–5 axis.
• Set up and run machines for production and development work.
• Inspect parts to drawings and specifications.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and report needed repairs.
• Review setup sheets and specifications to determine procedures.
• Move between shifts and handle related duties as assigned.
