Polamer Precision Inc. is seeking a CNC VMC Machine Operator for 2nd shift in a high-precision aerospace environment. You will operate vertical, horizontal, and multi-axis milling centers, set up jobs, and ensure parts meet drawings and tolerances.

Strong math skills and blueprint literacy are essential. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, reporting repairs, and following setup sheets. Candidates should have 5+ years in aerospace CNC, familiarity with FANUC and OSP controls, and a HS

Qualifications

• Five+ years aerospace experience with CNC setup and operation
• Advanced mathematics knowledge required
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• CNC program completion preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC vertical, horizontal, and multi-axis milling centers
• Setup and run machines for production
• Inspect parts per drawings and specifications
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and report repairs
• Review setup sheets and procedures
• Read blueprints and perform precision measurements
• Move, lift, and operate equipment as required
