Job summary

Polamer Precision, Inc. is seeking an experienced CNC VTL Machinist to operate vertical turning lathe and related CNC equipment for aerospace components. You will set up, run production, inspect parts to drawings, and troubleshoot issues on the shop floor.

The role requires five+ years in aerospace, fluency in English, and experience with FANUC and OSP controls. Strong math skills and ability to read blueprints are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Five or more years’ aerospace experience with CNC setup on lathes and milling centers.
• Familiarity with FANUC and OSP CNC controls.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform advanced math.
• Must read, write, and speak English; strong verbal/written communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Vertical Turning Lathe (VTL) and related machines.
• Setup and run production jobs; inspect parts to drawings.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and report needed repairs.
• Review setup sheets and specifications; ensure proper procedures.
