Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a CMM Programmer in Garden Grove to create inspection programs for aerospace parts, interpret GD&T, and ensure measurement accuracy. You will operate advanced CMMs, perform first article inspections, and document results.

The role requires aerospace experience, CATIA familiarity, and strong PC-DMIS skills. This is a full-time, 100% onsite position with potential overtime based on project needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CMM programming and interpretation of GD&T.
• Experience working in the aerospace industry is required.
• Knowledge of CATIA tooling is preferred.
• Experience with PC-DMIS software is mandatory.
• Familiarity with AS9102 First Article Inspection is required.

Responsibilities

• Create CMM inspection programs (on and offline) with Engineering and Quality.
• Review program outputs for compliance with quality requirements.
• Perform and document daily machine calibrations.
• Read GD&T drawings and specifications for accurate measurement of parts.
• Operate Hexagon Bridge CMM and Romer Arm CMMs.
• Conduct in-process, first article and final inspections and analyze data.
