Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace is seeking an experienced CMM Programmer to join our advanced inspection team. You will develop and maintain PC-DMIS CMM programs for machined components, ensuring GD&T data accuracy and robust inspection routines.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Quality and Manufacturing teams, documentation, and continuous process improvement. Remote work is allowed with travel as needed, supporting our aerospace manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in CMM programming using PC-DMIS.
• Must be able to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship in the future.

Responsibilities

• Design PC-DMIS CMM programs for various feature types on machined components.
• Ensure accurate GD&T representation and inspection data.
• Maintain documentation for inspection programs, data locations, and non-conformances.
• Collaborate with Quality and Manufacturing engineers to drive corrective actions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of inspection procedures and processes.
• Assist in training inspectors on CMM operation and standards.
• Ensure safety, quality regulations, and company policies are followed.
