Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC in Redmond, WA seeks a skilled CMM Programmer to lead in-process inspection activities. You will program, setup and operate coordinate measuring machines, inspecting aerospace components with tight tolerances and interpreting GD&T from blueprints.

You will collaborate with machinists and engineers, provide dimensional feedback, and maintain calibration records while ensuring configuration control across job records in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with CMMS software.
• Program, setup and operate coordinate measuring machines (CMM).
• Perform first article, in-process, final and receiving inspections.
• Provide dimensional data feedback to machinists and engineers.
• Read and interpret blueprints with GD&T per ASME Y14.5M.

Responsibilities

• Outline, develop and optimize in-process inspection.
• Work with machinists and engineers to improve dimensional data.
• Maintain calibration records for inspection equipment.
• Provide inspection time estimates.
• Maintain configuration control on files and job records.
