Job summary

Fuze HR Solutions is hiring an experienced Quality CMM Inspector & Programmer/Operator to join an aerospace and defense manufacturing team in the United States. The role focuses on CMM programming, in-process and final inspections, GD&T application, and FAI documentation.

Applicants should have 3+ years of aerospace QA inspection and CMM programming experience, with strong blueprints reading skills and familiarity with AS9100/AS9102/ISO 9001. Excellent attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of aerospace quality inspection experience.
• 3+ years of CMM programming and operating experience.
• Strong understanding of GD&T.
• Ability to read and interpret aerospace blueprints.
• Experience with precision measurement equipment including micrometers, calipers, height gauges, optical comparators.

Responsibilities

• Program and operate CMM equipment using CMM Manager software.
• Perform in-process and final inspections on aerospace components.
• Measure parts accurately using CMMs, optical comparators, gauges, and precision measuring equipment.
• Complete First Article Inspections (FAI) and AS9102 Form 3 documentation.
• Review drawings, specifications, certificates, and revision levels.
• Interpret aerospace blueprints, 2D drawings, 3D models, and engineering documentation.
