Job summary

RTX is seeking a Configuration Management Analyst for our Tucson, AZ site. The role focuses on ensuring products stay under configuration control and are delivered on time, aligning with DoD clearance requirements.

You will work with CM processes, review engineering changes, coordinate with multiple teams, and participate in audits while developing CM expertise and contributing to program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline obtained by start date.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Support CM processes: identify, control, verify, and provide status accounting for systems and equipment.
• Assist with change implementation under guidance of senior team members.
• Review engineering changes and coordinate updates with engineering, quality, support, manufacturing, and data control teams.
• Assist with configuration audits and data gathering to ensure CM plans and contractual obligations.
• Help establish and maintain product baselines with accurate data across systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and supply chain to support configuration and change control.
• Engage in on-the-job training to build CM knowledge and skills.
