• Translate operations goals into actionable daily production plans and long-term roadmaps.
• Lead Manufacturing/Operations processes to align tools, processes and staff with business needs.
• Develop manufacturing/process technology roadmap and capital planning.
• Provide leadership and training to the manufacturing team.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma and KPIs.
• Ensure safety, quality, delivery, cost and lead time targets.
