Qualifications

• 9+ years of progressive CI and operations management experience.
• Experience with high-reliability assembly processes for highly engineered products.

• Proven success in lean transformation and cultural change.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute the CI roadmap for the site; monitor progress and KPIs.
• Lead cross-functional teams from planning through execution of improvement projects.
• Implement Lean Six Sigma to identify bottlenecks, reduce waste and improve workflows.
• Develop and drive productivity improvement plans and standardize processes across functions.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and train teams in CI tools and methods.
• Collaborate with executives to align CI initiatives with business goals.
