Job summary

ST Engineering Aerospace Engines Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive operational excellence through Lean, Six Sigma, and automation initiatives across aerospace manufacturing and engineering processes.

You will collaborate with engineering, production, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to identify waste, implement data-driven improvements, and ensure safety and quality standards while delivering measurable performance gains.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience leading Lean or Six Sigma projects.
• Experience in manufacturing or aerospace, with automation projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Green Belt or higher preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and supply chain.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen to monitor improvements.
• Coach team members on continuous improvement principles.
• Prepare reports and communicate progress to management.
• Ensure safety and quality standards in new processes.
