Job summary

Metrea is seeking a Certification Manager in Englewood, CO who will lead FAA certification efforts across multiple aircraft modification programs. You will manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers, own certification strategy, and coordinate with FAA/ODA and customers to ensure on‑time substantiation and approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in aircraft certification, regulatory compliance, or ODA‑related functions.
• Demonstrated experience with FAA Part 23 and Part 25 regulations, policy, and guidance.
• Ability to mentor Senior/Lead Engineers and manage cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead certification engineering team and oversee Project Specific Certification Plans.
• Coordinate with FAA and customers to manage schedules, changes, and deliverables.
• Represent Metrea in FAA/ODA discussions, industry groups, and customer engagements.
• Drive cross‑functional alignment across AERO, ASD, Quality, and Manufacturing.
