Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of engineering and/or program management experience.
• Developed understanding of project management processes.
• Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams, customers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and execution of aircraft modification programs including schedule and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage risk and certifications.
• Review SOWs and manage change orders with customers.
• Monitor progress and provide regular status updates to management.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed.
