Eaton's AER FMC Fuel Motion Control Systems division is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the Euclid, OH facility. This role coordinates across disciplines to satisfy customer requirements and fulfill contract obligations while maintaining quality and on-time delivery.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $71,000 to $105,000 annually, with eligibility for a variable incentive program. A Bachelor's degree and at least two years of customer-facing experience are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of two (2) years customer interface experience.
• This position requires access to export-controlled information and U.S. person status.
• No relocation benefit; candidates within a 50-mile radius of Euclid, OH will be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Function as primary focal point of contact for assigned customer inquiries.
• Ensure quotes/proposals flow through correct process and are entered in ERP.
• Maintain demand plan accuracy for assigned customers within SIOP.
• Communicate order status proactively to customers during production.
• Coordinate internal departments to meet customer commitments and recovery plans.
