Hytek Finishes Co. is looking for an Aerospace Cadmium Assistant for the 3rd shift in Des Moines, WA. This role involves preparing parts for processing and following safety protocols. Qualifications

• Must be willing to join the FAA DOT Drug & Alcohol Testing Program.
• Ability to follow safety precautions to avoid preventable injury.
• Familiarity with engineering drawing notations is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Prepare parts prior to operations including mechanical or chemical cleaning.
• Work closely with experienced Operators and Department Leads to complete tasks.
• Follow customer Purchase Orders and instructions from experienced Operators.
