Hytek Finishes Co. in Kent, WA is hiring an Aerospace Cadmium Assistant for the 3rd shift in the Cadmium Plating department. You will learn tasks to prepare parts for processing and may be required to join FAA DOT Drug & Alcohol Testing. The position offers full benefits and a competitive hourly wage.

Primary duties include following instructions, preparing parts, and ensuring quality through operator verification. Safety and compliance with military and OEM specs are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read/write English and communicate with employees, customers, and auditors.
• Regular and dependable attendance is required.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and may require an export license for certain areas.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with experienced Operators and Department Leads to complete work and prioritize tasks.
• Follow technique card, POs, and instructions; sign off after completion and verification inspection.
