The role emphasizes strong communication, detail-orientation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced aerospace environment. Engineering exposure is a plus, and occasional travel to events may occur.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Comfortable with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to research information and present findings clearly
• Professional, responsive with customers and internal teams
• Self-motivated and eager to learn about technical products
• Interest in aerospace or advanced manufacturing is desirable

Responsibilities

• Identify and track new business opportunities with the team
• Research potential customers, markets, competitors, and aerospace trends
• Prepare customer presentations, proposals, capability statements, and BD materials
• Coordinate customer meetings, follow-ups, and internal communications
• Maintain accurate opportunity records and contact information
• Track proposal deadlines and customer requests
• Collaborate with Engineering and Program Management for technical info
• Coordinate trade shows and industry events
• Ensure documents are accurate, professional, and timely
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and coordination
